説實話 大廳給人的感覺還不錯 香薰 茶水 餐廳 都是很到位的 門口的接待 前台的服務人員都還是很有好的 但是一進入房間 那叫一個差 從牆壁到空調 從衞生間到淋雨 不想説了

Booked a family suite but was disappointed. Is not a 4 star hotel. Hotel is old and everything is very basic. No amenities/food within walking distance.

Booked for a one night rest stop. Easy motorcycle parking and check in, no deposit required. The room was cosy and the view from a high floor was great. Will book again for staycations.

I think bcoz the hotel has been there long and the bed (especially) has been used by many guests…, its abt time they have it changed. My body ache after a nite stay. I can feel the spring when i laid down. The carpet was dirty and had turned black. The tv channel has nothing that interest me to sit relax and enjoy. No movie!

Instead of making us wait for repairs, they immediately offered and facilitated a room change, which we greatly appreciated. While our stay was largely positive, there were a couple of minor points to note. The room's sound insulation could be improved, as we could occasionally hear conversations from the corridor. Additionally, upon checking into our room, we did find some trails of ants on the dining table. We managed to get rid of them after cleaning the area twice, but it was a bit unexpected.
